The unique microclimate allows us to harvest both fruity dry and sweet white wines, as well as full-bodied red wines of the highest quality, appealing to both domestic and international palates. The desired quality determines the harvest date. Every year brings its own climatic wonders and challenges; no two vintages are alike.
